Personalized guided winery tours

Organizing and conducting personalized winery and vineyard tours for small groups or individuals including transportation, tasting room visits, meeting the wine makers and exquisite lunches or dinners at fine winery restaurants. Regional tours are available in the Niagara, Peele Island as well as the Prince Edward County regions.

Commercial Menu Consulting

A complete menu consulting and developing service, including recipes and presentation, is available to hotels, restaurants, spas, and individuals. Menus are customized to accommodate budgetary and dietary requirements and tastes. Special attention is being paid to the availability of ingredients in specific locations.
